2019年7月9日，越南MIC发布了Circular 05/2019/TT-BTTTT，此规范取代了Circular 04/2018/TT-BTTTT，新的规范将于2019年9月1日强制执行。
先前已取证的LTE产品若是使用旧的测试法规QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT，证书会被视为无效。新的LTE测试法规须符合QCVN 117:2018/BTTTT以避免影响清关及销售。
包含Server、Router、Gateway、Firewall (无无线功能)等，将自管制列表QCVN 118:2018/BTTTT移除。
