为了保护中非国内消费者免受不合格产品带来的有关公众健康、安全和环境方面的危害，中非共和国工商部MoCI（Ministry of Commerce and Industry）发布公告从2021年3月1日起，出口到中非共和国的货物商品需要做符合性评定方案IVoC（Inspection and Verification of Conformity Program）认证。

2021年3月1日起，出口到中非的新方案管控范围内的所有产品需要执行文件审核、货物检验等一系列认证程序，并签发产品符合性证书CoC(Certificate of Conformity)，以证明其符合中非相关技术法规和标准要求，用于货物在中非当地清关。

中非产品符合性评定方案IVoC的管控范围如下：

1.    Food products and food  食品

2.    Chemicals and related products 化学品及相关产品

3.    Plastic and rubber products 塑料和橡胶制品

4.    Leather products 皮革制品

5.    Wood and wood products 木材和木制品

6.    Paper and paper products 纸和纸制品

7.    Textile and clothing 纺织服装

8.    Shoes and hats 鞋帽

9.    Construction materials, including stones and glass products  建筑材料，包括石头和玻璃制品

10.  Metals and metal products  金属和金属制品

11.  Industrial equipment and machinery 工业设备和机械

12.  Mechanical products, including gas appliances  机械产品，包括燃气用具

13.  Electrical and electronic products 电气和电子产品

14.  Telecommunications products 电信产品

15.  Motor vehicles and parts  机动车及零部件

16.  Laboratory, scientific or metrology equipment and instruments  实验室、科学或计量设备和仪器

17.  Toys and sports articles  玩具和体育用品

18.  Furniture and furnishings  家具和陈设
