2023年9月28日，泰国消费者保护委员会(OCPB)办公室发布公告，将含激光的产品列为标签管制产品。

如计算机、CD / DVD播放器、录音机、条形码扫描仪、复印机、传真机和激光笔等将被列入标签管制商品目录。

该公告将于2024年1月26日生效，即自发布之日起120天后生效。

The Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) of Thailand has published an Announcement on 28th September 2023, regarding the determination of products containing lasers as Label-Controlled Products.

Products containing lasers, such as computers, CD / DVD players, recorders, barcode scanners, photocopiers, fax machines, and laser pointers etc., will fall under the category of label-controlled goods.

The Announcement will come into effect on 26th January 2024, which is 120 days from the date of publication.
